World Creativity Biennale

New Media Installations

SuperUber was chosen to represent Rio de Janeiro (and Brazil) in the first World Creativity Biennale (USA). Organized by Secretaria Municipal de Cultura do Rio de Janeiro, the Biennale exhibited SuperUber’s Light Cubes and Blow Four at [Artspace] at Untitled.

The Biennale’s theme is “New Processes, New Approaches, New Art”, and brings new media works from different countries. Liana Brazil and Russ Rive also participated in the panel “Creativity: A Life’s Work” in the World Creativity Forum.

The installation Blow Four was later acquired by The Fred Jones Jr Museum of Art, and is in permanent exhibition at their contemporary art gallery.
